WID-Michigan invites leaders at all levels of their professional careers to reinvent their potential, their strengths, their direction, and their work habits at this year's Women's Leadership Forum, ReInvent.
Attendees will leave inspired and with a new set of skills to tackle today's leadership challenges. Breakout sessions will focus on building the right culture for remote work, developing a change mindset (mentorship), investing in yourself and employee wellbeing, the development path for women leaders in defense and industries (and focus on healthy mentor/mentee relationships), discussions on how the pandemic has affected women in the workplace and policies and legislation and so much more.
