After being a WID-NESC member for four years, Elizabeth Peterson recently joined our board as Membership Director. For four decades, Elizabeth has led in the manufacturing industry supporting the effort to secure our nation's defense. Currently, she holds a Senior Technical Program Manager role for Leonardo DRS Naval Power Systems in Danbury, Conn. She has also worked for General Dynamics Electric Boat, United Nuclear Crop. Naval Products Division and NAVSEA at the Naval Underwater Systems Center. Elizabeth holds B.S. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Connecticut, and an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven. She enjoys the high-quality programs that WID hosts and looks forward to sharing membership perks with new and prospective members.
