Sydney began her career at Electric Boat in 2018, and is currently a Senior Public Affairs Representative in the company's Public Affairs/Communications department. She specializes in internal communications and works closely with leadership and departments throughout Electric Boat to communicate with the workforce. Sydney manages Electric Boat’s social media channels, creating and posting content to increase the company's social media visibility and assist with efforts to attract new talent. Sydney graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications, and is also a graduate of Electric Boat's Future Leaders Group (FLG) Program. She joined WID-NESC in 2021 as Communications Director.
