Jen is a Senior Manager at TIAG, an innovative tech company providing transformational solutions to private industry and across the DoD. She holds an MBA in International Business, dual BBAs in Marketing and Management, and is PMP and CPSO certified. She is a proven team builder and results focused leader, currently supporting multiple contracts with NIWC, EIDS, and FEMA. She has been working with the DoD for over a decade, in Manufacturing, Operations and Program Management previously supporting military foreign sales, radar production and enhancement for the Navy’s E-2D Advanced Hawkeye, P-8A Poseidon and EA-18G Growler aircraft, and producing the first production G/ATOR system for the Marines. Creating safe environments for team members to express ideas and issues, streamlining and innovating, and turning risks into opportunities and are her priorities. Outside of work she enjoys mentoring young professionals, sharing STEM activities with elementary children, being a girl mom, and traveling to new places.
